Realistic evaluation
A machine is not assessed only by manufacturer, year and type. Condition, equipment, location, availability, market environment and intended use are just as important.
About FISS Machines
FISS stands for experience, market knowledge and personal consulting around used machines and systems for foundry, die casting and forming technology. We purchase machines directly, market them internationally and support projects where technical understanding and reliable handling are essential.
Our aim is simple: evaluate machines realistically, bring buyers and sellers together reliably and turn used equipment into productive solutions again.
“Used machines are a matter of trust. What matters is not only the price, but whether condition, application, handling and project target really fit together.”
Our origin
FISS is based in Winterbach near Stuttgart – a region shaped for decades by mechanical engineering, industry and technical precision. From here, FISS supports customers throughout Europe and worldwide.
Over the years, an international network of foundries, die casting companies, machine manufacturers, service partners, banks, leasing companies, liquidators and industrial companies has grown. This network helps us assess machines realistically, find suitable buyers and support projects reliably across borders.
Our approach
A machine is not assessed only by manufacturer, year and type. Condition, equipment, location, availability, market environment and intended use are just as important.
FISS works directly and project-oriented, not anonymously. Customers speak with contacts who know machines, markets and typical project processes from practical experience.
Purchase, sale or direct purchase do not end with an offer. Inspection, documentation, payment, dismantling, transport and recommissioning need to fit together transparently.
Personal instead of anonymous
Used production equipment always has a history: operating hours, modifications, maintenance, location, accessories, technical limits and possible new applications. That is why FISS relies on personal conversations, clear information and honest assessment.
Whether you are looking for a machine, want to sell equipment or need to know whether a direct purchase is possible – we review your request with a view to market, technology and project target.
Purchase and marketing
When companies want to sell used machines, casting cells or complete equipment packages, FISS can purchase them directly. Depending on the project, discreet brokerage, international marketing or structured asset recovery may also be the right approach – for example in the case of site closures, liquidations or larger production areas.
For sellers, this means less effort, realistic assessment and clear communication. For buyers, it creates access to machines that can be technically evaluated and supported on a project-specific basis.
Let us talk about your project
Machine type, manufacturer, year of manufacture, condition, location, photos, videos and a rough timeframe are helpful for the first assessment. Based on this, we can quickly evaluate which approach makes sense.
